Deliver powerful results

We are seeking an Associate Director of Creative Operations with a proven record of turning creative ambition into reliable execution. As a senior leader on Zeta’s Engagement & Impact team, you will own the systems, processes, and workflows that move creative, marketing, and communications work from concept to reality—ensuring quality, clarity, and consistency at scale.

You will serve as the operational owner of creative delivery, partnering closely with creative and communications leaders to protect creative intent while translating priorities into executable plans. This role ensures that Zeta’s brand and storytelling show up with integrity across every touchpoint.

In this role, you will be responsible for delivering:

  • A clear intake and prioritization system that balances creative ambition with capacity, timelines, and impact
  • End-to-end project plans for major initiatives—including campaigns, enrollment moments, family communications, brand launches, school openings—with defined milestones, owners, dependencies, and decision points
  • A centralized production calendar providing real-time visibility into creative, marketing, and communications work, surfacing risks and tradeoffs early
  • Defined workflows and review processes that preserve creative intent from concept through final execution, reducing rework and last-minute urgency
  • Reliable communications workflows for internal, executive, and family-facing messaging, including review paths and approval checkpoints
  • Active stewardship of creative quality, partnering with leaders to uphold craft, clarity, and brand standards through delivery
  • Effective vendor and partner management across physical, digital, and experiential work
  • Ongoing process improvements that strengthen throughput, reduce friction, and support scale without sacrificing coherence
  • Wearing multiple hats as a part of a lean scale-up team, supporting the work of others on the team and taking on new projects and tasks as needed
