Duties and Responsibilities
Processes incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, Fedex/UPS, and Email).
Picks up mail and other correspondence from Post Office and client office.
Scans and labels documents.
Files and organizes electronic and hard copy documents.
Distributes scanned mail and other documents to team and client personnel.
Coordinates shipping through USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
Conducts outreach to client personnel via email.
Answers customer service phone line and email.
Enters and reviews information in databases.
Tracks and reports on various documents.
Prepares and makes bank deposits.
Compiles any missing information from documents received.
Updates documents.
Creates template documents.
Proactively communicates with management regarding workload/questions.
Meets specific performance metrics.
Schedules maintenance of office equipment.
Assists with other duties as assigned.
Required Skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
Experience in similar support role in a professional office

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Salary: $23 to $25 per hour
PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
