Duties and Responsibilities
Conduct and facilitate orientations for potential child care providers
Complete new provider intake summaries with detailed notes from the interview/intake.
Maintain new child care provider information, create files and assure all appropriate information is updated and entered into the case management data base system(s).
Requests, compiles and files required verifications.
Understands and thoroughly explains child care provider requirements, child care options available to parents, and importance of quality child care.
Utilizes all required State and County computer systems for case management.
Ensures all required forms and documentation have required signatures, obtain signatures as necessary, and appropriately file.
Establishes and maintains good working relationships with partners including participants, County staff, child care providers and Stage 2 and 3 child care payment agencies.
Provides monthly reporting statistics to supervisor for designated area of responsibility.
May require child care provider site visits
Required Skills
Exemplary customer service relationship techniques, including superior verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
Ability to recognize and maintain the confidentiality of all materials in the work setting.
Possess good understanding of basic office functions such as faxing, copying and scanning; proficient with computers.
Demonstrated computer proficiency.
Ability to maintain a record keeping and follow-up system.
Ability to work independently, requiring minimal supervision and on multiple projects simultaneously.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s Degree Preferred
Previous child care case management, resource and referral, and/or payment experience preferred.

In office 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
Range: $53,500 - $69,800PCG does not sponsor newly hired foreign national workers for work authorization, including H-1B sponsorship.
