- Lead end-to-end delivery of software projects, ensuring timely and quality deliverables.
- Manage project scope and timelines.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Define project scope, objectives, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders.
- Facilitate internal communication and effective collaboration.
- Assist with resolving issues that hinder teamwork or removing impediments impacting productivity.
- Support the product owner in handling backlogs and new requests.
- Help the product owner and development team achieve customer satisfaction.
- Ensure deliverables are up to quality standards at the end of each sprint.
- Communicate and present project status, risks, and deliverables to leaders.
- Coach teams on Agile methodologies and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, QA, business team
- Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and acceptance criteria.
- Strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
- Proficient with project management tools such as Jira, Team Foundation Server, and Azure DevOps.
- Self-motivated with the ability to stay focused amidst distractions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with Team Foundation Server or Azure DevOps.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in software project management or delivery management.
- More than 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role with Agile methodologies.
College Degree
5+ years as a scrum master or similar role
- Certified scrum master (CSM) or professional scrum master (PSM) recommended

Compensation:
Compensation for roles at Public Consulting Group varies depending on a wide array of factors including, but not limited to, the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by applicable law, PCG provides a reasonable range of compensation for this role. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
As required by applicable law, PCG provides the following reasonable range of compensation for this role: $93,700 - $103,700. In addition, PCG provides a range of benefits for this role, including medical and dental care benefits, 401k, PTO, parental leave, bereavement leave.
