WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying and developing new business opportunities, managing existing client relationships, and delivering tailored technology solutions. This role requires a strategic and consultative approach to sales, with a focus on customer satisfaction, collaboration across departments, and achieving sales targets through proactive engagement and solution development.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Prospect and network to identify new customers who could benefit from MGT products and services.
- Lead solution development efforts that address customer needs, coordinating with MGT personnel as needed.
- Establish and maintain productive, professional relationships with account stakeholders, manufacturer partners, and MGT employees.
- Coordinate MGT personnel involvement to meet or exceed customer expectations during presales and ongoing account maintenance.
- Collaborate with other departments during project hand-off to ensure smooth system installation.
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and strategic objectives.
- Proactively assess, clarify, and validate customer needs on an ongoing basis.
- Complete all required sales documentation and reports promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date customer information in MGT database and Salesforce, including leads, referrals, cold-calling results, closed sales, and follow-ups.
- Track projects and associated revenue during all pre-sales phases.
- Conduct accurate and timely forecasting.
- Attend required training and development programs.
- Adhere to all company sales policies and procedures.
- Support MGT marketing efforts and initiatives.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Five (5) or more years of experience in sales or account management, preferably in the technology sector.
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
