Guild is hiring a Strategic Planning Manager. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional partners and leadership to design, measure and execute on Guild’s strategy and annual plan, all while helping Guild achieve its mission. You’ll form strong relationships across the organization and work with both internal and external stakeholders. In addition, you’d be a critical member of the team, identifying new opportunities, driving process improvements and providing decision support for leadership.
As the Strategic Planning Manager, you will:
- Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional partners to develop long range strategy, annual operating plans, and KPIs across the business.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to improve our systems, processes, and reporting.
- Structure Guild’s Rhythm of Business (RoB) for the leadership team, including monthly and quarterly business reviews.
- Support preparation for our Quarterly Business Reviews and Board of Directors meetings.
- Analyze business and performance trends to provide actionable insights and decision support to Guild’s leadership team, and translate strategy into effective execution.

- You have sharp attention to detail with a natural feel for numbers and data, and have a high degree of accuracy in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- You are passionate about serving our students and an unrelenting drive to build an amazing business.
- You have strong organizational and time management skills and ability to juggle multiple projects/tasks with multiple stakeholders while hitting deadlines on time sensitive projects.
Preferred Competencies
- You have 4+ years of relevant work experience in a related role, including management consulting, corporate strategy, business operations, or strategic planning
- You have strong experience in data analysis, financial modeling, business process optimization, and developing executive level presentations
We are committed to equal pay for equal work and believe in compensation transparency. All salary ranges are standardized nationwide and will not vary by region. This role offers a competitive total compensation package, including a base salary of $120,000 - $145,000, variable compensation, and company stock options. Compensation offered will be based on a combination of factors such as experience, competencies, and internal equity.
