CodePath.org is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit increasing the number of high-performing, underrepresented software engineers at scale. At over 50 schools, CodePath.org supplements university curriculum with courses co-developed with top technology companies. Close to 80% of underrepresented minorities who start a CS degree will leave CS before graduating. For those that do graduate, most will have skill gaps, making them likely to leave software engineering roles or spend their careers underestimated and underemployed. CodePath.org is the solution to this systemic problem.
