What you'll do here:

As a Sales Support Specialist UKI & Europe, you will have a meaningful role in advancing our revenue cycle through qualifying and managing inbound textbook adoption opportunities. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Handling SSO enquiries and set-up
  • Sending and following up on inspection copy requests and feedback
  • Passing qualified leads to the Sales team to drive adoption closure and digital upsell
  • Supporting the build, maintenance, and cleansing of Salesforce to sustain a 3x pipeline
  • Contributing to forecasting accuracy and revenue growth
  • Monitoring daily billings and analysing data against historical records
  • Ensuring accurate and timely processing of pricing requests, new agreements, and customer enquiries
  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other customer support functions to manage transactions across direct, trade, and enterprise channels

Abilities required for this position:

To excel in this position, you will need:

  • Demonstrated experience in sales support or a comparable position
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to conduct detailed data analysis
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in using Salesforce or similar CRM systems
  • Ability to successfully implement and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to tasks
