We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Marketing & Customer Success Apprentice to support our marketing initiatives and customer engagement activities. This role is ideal for someone at the early stage of their career who is eager to learn, contribute, and gain hands-on experience across digital marketing and customer success functions.

Key Accountabilities:

Marketing Support

  • Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital channels (email, social media, website, and paid platforms).
  • Support content creation for marketing assets such as posts, creatives, emailers, and presentations.
  • Help maintain and update marketing databases, campaign trackers, and reports.
  • Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely execution of marketing activities.

Customer Success Support

  • Assist in onboarding new customers and ensuring smooth adoption of products/services.
  • Support customer communication via email and calls.
  • Track customer queries, issues, and resolutions to ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Help gather customer feedback and contribute to improvement initiatives.
  • Maintain customer records and documentation to ensure data accuracy.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree with no prior job experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic understanding of marketing concepts and customer engagement.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word; familiarity with digital tools is a plus.
  • Willingness to learn, take initiative, and work collaboratively.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
