The project Coordinator provides administrative support to the Publisher Relations team. This role ensures smooth operations through effective documentation, data management, and communication. Responsibilities include managing rights processing, coordinating with publishers and content providers, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with licensing terms. The position also involves cross-functional collaboration to support strategic content decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work directly with internal teams to support accessibility requirements
  • Serve as a secondary liaison with external partners and internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on licensing terms, usage, and compliance.
  • Monitor and respond to inquiries/issues related to Permissions and accessibility requests.
  • Support data collection, prepare and provide reporting for content strategy and decision-making
  • Submit Smartsheet requests as needed
  • Maintain account information in database systems
  • Document internal processes and maintain departmental records

Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years of administrative or coordinator experience
  • Detail-oriented with data entry and organizational skills
  • Excellent communication, and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and database systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in educational publishing or digital content.
  • Familiarity with rights management, accessibility and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and support strategic business goals.

The full base pay range has been provided for this position. Individual base pay will vary based on work schedule, qualifications, experience, internal equity, and geographic location. Sales roles often incorporate a significant incentive compensation program beyond this base pay range.
