High School Launch Fellow

Bold Charter School

Bold Charter School

Bronx, NY, USA
Posted on Mar 21, 2026

Bold is building world-class K-12 public schools that challenge and empower every student to excel in college and life. Beginning in Kindergarten, our students develop the intellectual mastery and empowering habits that will prepare them to succeed at the highest levels in all they pursue.

We benchmark ourselves against indicators proven to predict success in college and beyond, and set rigorous standards for academic and personal development to ensure our graduates are prepared to compete and succeed alongside students from the top schools across the U.S.

We set ambitious goals—more ambitious than most think possible—and as a team won’t settle until we achieve them. We align on priorities, measure progress, and evaluate our results openly to improve quickly. We own our impact, live our values, and focus intentionally on creating a culture that supports every student, family, and team member to achieve excellence.

As we prepare to launch Bold’s high school in Fall 2027, we are searching for extraordinary colleagues to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

As a High School Launch Fellow, you will be part of the founding high school team and train alongside school leaders to develop the knowledge and skills to become a highly effective high school leader. Ideal candidates bring experience leading high-performing high school teams in one or more areas—academic mastery, school culture and/or school operations.

Fellows will develop mastery of Bold’s model, approach, and systems to inform the design and launch of Bold’s high school. Fellows will lead dedicated functions and teams across K-8 in 2026-27, collaborating closely with Bold’s leadership team to monitor progress, evaluate needs, and scale the systems that will equip the team to achieve ambitious high school and college outcomes for all students.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Develop and apply a deep understanding of Bold’s goals, vision, and values to build a culture of purpose and impact that scales across K-12
  • Lead and develop a school-based team focused on preparing every student to excel in a rigorous, college-preparatory high school environment
