Position Profile
The Associate, Partner Experience, will support Blue Meridian Partners' Partner engagement strategies. This role will provide critical project management support across Partner-facing workstreams while serving as a key liaison between Investor Relations and internal teams.

Primary Responsibilities
The responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to the following:
Provide project management support for Partner-facing workstreams, including Partner meetings and other engagement channels
Support the development and execution of Partner-facing communications
Manage logistical and operational details related to Partner meetings
Support with producing Partner-facing materials including drafting and editing presentations, correspondence, reports, and other engagement materials
Serve as a point of contact and support between Investor Relations and internal teams as needed, ensuring all key stakeholders stay informed and coordinated
Track and manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder coordination across Investor Relations workstreams, with a primary focus on Partner meetings
Maintain documentation and systems related to Partner communications and engagement activities
Support other Partner experience initiatives as needed
Qualifications
Required
Aligned with Blue Meridian’s mission and core values.
At least 3 years of professional experience in relationship management, client services, or operations and a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Experience developing professional communications materials
Ability to synthesize complex information into clear, actionable documentation
Strong interpersonal skills with a professional and genial demeanor, and the ability to work with people with different backgrounds and experiences
Demonstrated ability to effectively use AI tools and technologies to enhance productivity and work quality. This includes experience with AI tools for tasks such as research, content generation, data analysis, problem-solving, or workflow automation.
Demonstrated understanding of AI capabilities and limitations, including the ability to critically evaluate AI-generated outputs, apply appropriate judgment when using AI assistance, and integrate AI tools effectively within their work processes.
Proactive problem-solver with ability to manage multiple priorities
Working knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and the ability to learn new software quickly
Preferred
Experience working in philanthropy, nonprofits and/or strategy consulting desirable
Background in investor relations, partner management, or client services
Perspective from direct experience living or working in communities with significant low income or otherwise disenfranchised peoples preferred
Experience with process improvement methodologies
Advanced proficiency with Salesforce and project management platforms

Hiring Salary
Blue Meridian Partners aims to provide a comprehensive and competitive total compensation package.
The hiring salary for this position is $102,000. In addition to the base salary, each member of Blue Meridian is eligible to receive a performance-based variable incentive bonus.
