  • Provide timely guidance and support to internal and external stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Platform Management

  • Build and maintain expertise in digital tools used for curriculum creation and distribution (e.g., content management systems, learning platforms, publishing software).
  • Configure and maintain instructional content in district-approved platforms, ensuring accuracy, accessibility, and user-friendliness.
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and serve as the liaison between curriculum developers, platform/product teams, and educators.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 2–4 years of relevant experience in curriculum operations, educational publishing, or project management—ideally within a K–12 or academic setting.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple content workflows, timelines, and stakeholders across cross-functional teams.
  • Proficient in content management systems and digital tools such as Google Workspace and other education technology platforms.
  • Demonstrated accuracy and consistency in managing version control, formatting, and content quality assurance.

Skills and Traits

  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage both strategic initiatives and day-to-day tasks with precision.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and clarity in both content and process documentation.
  • Comfortable navigating digital platforms, managing data in tools like Excel, and troubleshooting issues across systems.
  • Effective at juggling competing priorities and problem-solving in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Self-directed and collaborative—able to work independently while contributing meaningfully to team goals and shared outcomes.
